⦿ Successful completion of a Grade 12 Higher Secondary Certificate with 55% and above.
This course provides a broad introduction to the health sciences with opportunities to specialise in one or two of the following areas: health promotion, health services management, therapeutic recreation, public health. Students who choose to enroll into two specialisations will identify one area as their Key Program and the second as their major. The Key Program is considered the primary specialisation. The double specialisation is designed to increase students areas of expertise and employability. Public Health is the only fully online key program in 4656. Students who choose the Public Health key program and a major in one of the other 3 specializations of 4656 will be required to attend on-campus classes for the second area of study.
